As I often think about words and analyse their origin, I noticed all the something-stitious words, like superstitious, which are funny since it sounds like you could just be a bit stitious or antistitious.
So that's how the chorus came about, musically the track is built around an old folk flute sample put together with a nasty 808ish bass line.
For the rap verses I really imagined an onslaught of phrases being thrown at you, and the end result reminds me of Broken English by Smooth da Hustla
